Greenlands Farm is located at Brandside, a village on the outskirts of Buxton below Axe Edge.This 5 acre property has amazing countryside views over the surrounding fields and hills,but the altitude and exposed nature of the site make it a challenging place to establish a garden.

However, by careful selection of trees and shrubs to provide a shelter belt together with organic gardening practices the owners have been able to create a garden which is home to a wealth of wildlife species. The garden offers a variety of areas, all of which provide food, shelter and nesting sites for a wide variety of insects, birds, amphibians and small mammals. These areas include an enclosed tiered garden with lawn and colourful herbaceous borders, a vegetable garden,fruit trees, a fruit cage for soft fruit, a pond and a beautiful wildflower area.

Adm. £5 including refreshments in aid of Curlew Action from 6 p.m.There is limited parking available at the property, so please try to car share where possible
